Michael Jordan and Dominique Wilkins used to go at it in the dunk contest. Kobe Bryant won it as a rookie. Blake Griffin jumped over a car.
Imagine the possibilites for LeBron James in the dunk contest! James, 29, has never attempted to be in an NBA dunk contest. He did join one as a high school senior. People have been begging James to join for years. Magic Johnson once famously offered a $1 million to join.
James doesn’t seem to want to join the dunk contest, though in my opinion I think he should. It could be the best thing that has happened to the contest since Harold Minor!
Before practice today, LeBron decided to put on a show for his teammates. I for one have never seen the ball thrown off the wall to then be caught and dunked.
LeBron it’s still not too late to enter the dunk contest.
